The heart of Harana has always been our community, and as we make this shift into our next chapter, we wanted to make sure we kept our people front and center. In many discussions on how to best utilize our space, we decided that nothing could be better than filling our dining room with music, joy and laughter. 

INTRODUCING: TAMBAY THURSDAYS

Tambay is a Tagalog word that literally means to loiter, or hang out, and that’s exactly what we want Tambay Thursday’s to be all about!

We have always felt that there is a real need for a true third space, and we intend to continue to bring that to the Hudson Valley with Tambay Thursdays. Most events will be completely free of charge, no purchase required, and all are welcome!

Snacky food and drinks will be available for purchase if you’re feeling peckish and want to support us, however ultimately, we really just want this to be a space where our community can come together and hold space for each other.

Over the course of each month, we’ll be hosting karaoke nights, open mic nights, and trivia nights, among many more events to come, so be sure to keep up with our social media and newsletter as we send out live updates!

We’re so excited to leap into this next phase of the Harana journey, and we hope you all will join us for the ride,
so starting November 6th, 2025 come by, Tambay!
